LEWISHAM TENANTS FUND ADMINISTRATION GRANT POLICY
During the grant year 2010-11 Administration Grant will be paid to all tenant group's based on a basic grant according to the number of tenanted properties covered by a group plus £3.50 per tenanted property.
Any group with more then £1,000.00 in their bank account with no expenditure of this sum planned will not be eligible to claim Administration Grant until their account balance falls below £1,000.01
Any tenant group with less then £1,000.00 in their bank account, unless they have reserved the money for specific expenditure may be able to claim a second administration during the year. An example of this is:
28 or less tenanted properties £100.00 29 or more tenanted properties £3.50 per tenanted property
Every eligible group would receive the minimum and more active group's, with less then £1,000.00 in their bank account, would receive the maximum. This would result in the following:
Minimum Grant Maximum Total Groups with 28 or less tenanted properties would receive £100.00 £200.00 Groups with 29 or more tenanted properties would receive £3.50 per tenant £7.00 per tenant
